| I am always 100% satisfied with Smitty's Auto. They were recommended to me years ago and I have been going there every since. My main reason is that they are trustworthy! On my last visit, I gave them a list of repairs that another garage gave me (I only bought tires there and they said I need lots of other repairs). It turned out that I didn't need all the repairs listed. The required repairs were taken care of and my bill was reasonable. I highly recommend them. |

| John is great at answering questions and explaining procedures. He knows his stuff. I trust John when he says what needs to be done. I am positive that he isn't padding his pocket by telling me I need service on something that is fine, unlike the dealer where I bought the vehicle. |

| I called at 8AM for urgent grinding brakes......got me in at 945AM...awesome! Done within a few hours, RECOMMENDED rear brakes to be done, but didn't insist or lie that they had to be done immediately (only the front needed to be done). I appreciated their honesty! Also that he greased some areas that were needing it ?.no charge! It may have cost him a few dollars in free grease but THAT is how you get a repeat customer! I will be back. |
